Review on Atl

So im in Atlanta ,this is my second time but not intill now did i get to feel the heat . Hotlanta , is mostly african american but so diffrent from NYC . No i wouldnt trade the apple for anything but its surely is a option .

QUALITY
ATL is a sanctuary for kids and familys looking to get out of the life in new yorks streets , everyone you look past says "hi" to you also (almost forgot) cheap houses aswell recently I visted a home that was previously closed on forcloser The house was on sale for 86 thousand and when we visited it 2 days later the price has droped tremondesloy to a woping 32 thousand my parents couldnt refuse ,so we are buying it.


DONT BE DISAPOINTED
im not leaving the city the transaction is going to take a whole year to repair on the house sense its a house owned by the bank they dont cover anyrepairs but thanks to such a cheap price we where able to have money left over to pay for the repairs . My parents also dont want to move now they are planning to move once ive finnished highschool . The house is goin to be used as a Get away for the summer . Im down with that .

WEATHER
Atl as you know is a very hot state its so hot that even the suspision of snow closes schools . People moving from NYC to ATL may be looking for a place to donate there winter close and be willing to trade in the noiesy streets atlanta is very quiet but has its city where parts are a 24/7 thing , girls are a thumbs up.
